Being IT trained and certified, I have had experience working with Windows XP, 7, 10 & 11 Professional along with some Server 2012r2, Server 2016 and Synology NAS. I can also help set up and troubleshoot small router networks, printers, etc., along with various software installations including Microsoft Office Plus & 365.

My services include:

Windows wipe and reload
Repair & troubleshooting
Software installations
Small office networking setup
Network firewall setup and configure (UnTangle)
Configure Windows Server or NAS for file sharing

My current rates are as follows:

Onsite or remote Tech/IT service rate $75/hr (helper if needed is $45/hr)
Mileage (after 30-mile radius) is billed at $1/mile to site, one-way
Any parts needed must be paid for up front incl. shipping (+10% ordering charge)
