As a QuickBooks® ProAdvisor I can assist you as a QuickBooks® user with some of the following services:

Proper Set-up Verification — We Can Check To See:

• If chart of accounts are set up properly
• If land, building & equipment fixed assets are set up
• If the equity accounts are properly set up and maintained
• If the inventory feature is used properly or could be used
• If reconciliations of the bank, credit and loan accounts are current
• If items are properly coded to chart of accounts
• If payroll is set up and processed correctly
• If sales tax codes are set up and used properly
• If there are unapplied vendor or customer credits
• If overall accounting meets general bookkeeping standards

Our estimated rates for QuickBooks file review vary depending on your .QBW file size; a review will be done on an hourly basis.

Additional fees will need to be agreed upon if the owner desires to have us make any major suggested accounting corrections and/or any major data entries. (Regular hourly rate is $75 + current year mileage rate round trip to your site.)
